Reclaimed timber refers to wood that has been salvaged from its original application for use in new construction or products. This could include wood from old barns, factories, warehouses, railroad ties, or even discarded pallets.
Each piece of reclaimed timber carries with it a history of its past life, often visible in the form of weathering, nail holes, and markings that add unique character and rustic charm to every item we create. By reusing wood, we are not only preserving the beautiful textures and patterns that develop over time but also contributing to environmental sustainability. Using reclaimed timber reduces deforestation, minimises landfill waste, and cuts down on the energy costs associated with manufacturing new materials.

You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Any return costs will be covered by the customer. The original purchaser must contact us within 30 days by either:

If for any reason there is a fault with an item, the original purchaser should contact us as soon as possible within 30 days using the above contact details. At our discretion, we will either refund the purchase price or (with the return cost covered by ourselves) repair the damage and return the goods to you. If the damage is unrepairable, we will offer to remake your order.

To get the most out of your furniture we recommend the following:
1. Avoid any standing water or any other liquid from coming into contact with the wood for a prolonged amount of time as this can stain the wax finish.
2. We recommend that you apply a clear wax to the table once a year to keep the finish looking brand new. We use a wax called Briwax. You can learn more about the waxes we use here.
3. When cleaning the furniture, use a clean, dry, soft, non abrasive cloth to wipe clean. Avoid any harsh cleaning products.
