Delivery and returns
Delivery
Delivery is free to mainland UK, within 10 working days. Furniture goes by DPD or Parcelforce, and candles usually go by Royal Mail.
Once your order leaves the workshop it takes two days to reach you. The courier will contact you with a delivery date and a tracking number, then a two-hour slot on the day, with live tracking in most cases. Please give us your email and mobile number with your order so they can reach you.
Someone will need to sign for the delivery, unless you’ve asked the courier for a safe place.
Returns
You can return any item within 30 days for a full refund, as long as it’s unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you.
If something arrives faulty, email us within 30 days. We’ll either refund you or repair it and return it at our cost, whichever we think best, and if it can’t be repaired we’ll remake your order.

Email us
Email hello@cothirustic.com within 30 days and we’ll give you the return address.

Pack it up
Put a note inside with your name, postcode, order number, and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. Pack it as securely as you can, ideally in our packaging.

Send it back
Post it to the address we give you. You pay the return postage. If you’re not sure who to use, Parcel Monkey and Parcel2Go offer competitive rates.
