Delivery and Returns

Free mainland UK delivery

Within 10 working days

Whilst our candles are often sent via Royal Mail, our furniture is shipped via DPD or Parcelforce.

Tracking

You will be contacted by DPD or Parcelforce with a delivery date and tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Both couriers will give you a 2-hour time slot and in most circumstances live tracking updates. Please include your Email and Mobile Number with your order to receive the maximum amount of tracking information.

Delivery

We use a two day delivery service from leaving our workshop to being delivered.

You can track your parcel during delivery using the links provided or through your dispatch email. Couriers require a signature when delivering unless you have a 'SAFE PLACE' requested.

returns

You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

The original purchaser must contact us within 30 days by either emailing susanandjohn@cothirustic.com or calling 07557 798382.

Return costs are be covered by the customer.

If for any reason there is a fault with an item, please contact us as soon as possible within 30 days using the above contact details. At our discretion, we will either refund the purchase price or (with the return cost covered by ourselves) repair the damage and return the goods to you. If the damage is unrepairable, we will offer to remake your order.

Re-Package

Print and complete the returns form, ensuring you then include this with your returned order. Providing us with your order number will help speed up the return process.

Please package your return as securely as possible to avoid damage in transit. Ideally please re-use our packaging where possible as this helps to limit unnecessary waste.

Send it back

Once the parcel is all packed up and ready to go, just send it back to us. Return costs are covered by the customer.
